Currently I have your Model PC71023 and I notice that there is one cable for power LED. The power LED indicator light does not light up. I'm using an Intel MB DG33Tl.

The M/B must provide 2.8V at least to turn power LED ON. If your motherboard can not output more than 2.8V, the power LED may not work.
